Ingredients:
Milk:
500ml
Curd (Yogurt):
2tbsp
Sugar:
50gms
Chopped Pistachios: 1 tbsp
Chopped Almonds: 1 tbsp
Saffron: Few Strands

Preparation:
- Pour the milk in a thick bottomed pan.
- Allow it to boil, until it is reduced to 2/3rd of its original quantity.
- In another pan put few tablespoon of water, along with the sugar, and heat it on a low flame, until it turns golden.
- Add the melted sugar with the boiling milk and let it simmer until the quantity has reduced to 250ml.
- Turn off the flame, and allow the milk to cool.
- Once it is lukewarm, add 2tbsp, of yogurt/curd and allow it to set, for 9-12hrs.
- Once it sets,sprinkle the chopped pistachios, almonds and saffron over the yogurt.
- Refrigerate and serve cold.
Note: Do not shake the vessel while the yogurt is allowed to set.
Use full cream milk.
