Ingredients:
Whole Milk: 500ml
Sugar:
4tbsp or to taste
Rice: 3 tbsp
Cardamom Grounded: ½ tbsp
Chopped Pistachios: 1 tbsp
Almonds: 50gms

Method:
- Soak the almonds for 4hrs, peel them and grind it.
- Soak the rice also few 2hrs, and then drain the water and grind it.
- Pour the milk in a heavy bottomed pan and allow it boil on low flame of big burner.
- Add the rice and almond paste and allow it to simmer.
- Keep stirring after every 5mins, so that it does not stick to the bottom.
- Once it is thick add sugar and powdered cardamom, mix well and keep stirring until it becomes very thick.
- Turn off the flame.
- Add Pistachios
- Put it in the refrigerator.
- Serve cold.
